We are currently seeking an **Operational Processes and Controls Assistant** to join our **Operations** team. If you are passionate about safety, operational discipline, and results-oriented performance, we want to meet you! **What are the key responsibilities of this role?** * Update and maintain departmental spreadsheets, controls, and databases, ensuring data reliability. * Perform data entry, verification, and validation of operational data with attention to detail. * Support collection, organization, and analysis of data for performance indicator tracking. * Ensure accurate completion and timely updates of records, forms, and internal controls. * Assist in preparing and updating operational reports. * Contribute to organizing and reviewing departmental documents, workflows, and procedures. * Follow established routines and standards, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables. * Support operational tasks related to data management and controls. * Identify and flag inconsistencies or deviations in information, proposing improvements where applicable. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to process optimization. * Participate in departmental meetings, offering suggestions and helping update practices and procedures. * Perform other related duties as required and directed by the immediate manager. * Maintain focus on safety, promptly reporting any risk situations. * Support compliance with the company’s management systems and corporate policies. **What are we looking for?** **Qualifications** * **Education:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Port Management, or related fields. * **Experience:** Administrative, operational, or data control routines. * **English:** Basic English proficiency. * **Computer Skills:** Intermediate Office suite (especially Excel), familiarity with spreadsheets and data control; knowledge of ERP, SAP, or similar systems is desirable. * **LEAN Mindset:** We seek individuals with a strong continuous improvement mindset — naturally curious, committed to solving root causes, and motivated to improve things daily. **Skills and Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Critical data analysis * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Strong communication and teamwork skills If you’ve read this far, we’re delighted to know you’re interested in this opportunity.
