




The Audiovisual Media Operator will be responsible for operating and controlling audio and video equipment in recording studios or radio operations centers. This professional follows production scripts and schedules, ensuring recordings and edits are carried out according to required technical standards, guaranteeing the quality of content produced for the broadcaster's programming. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate and monitor analog and digital audio and video equipment during recordings and live broadcasts in studios or radio operations centers; * Adjust audio and video equipment settings to ensure technical quality of recordings and broadcasts; * Follow established recording scripts and scheduling timelines, operating recording and content editing devices; * Monitor production progress, making real-time adjustments to maintain quality and smooth workflow; * Conduct recordings of audio, music, jingles, journalistic programs, and other audiovisual content according to production demands; * Perform assembly and editing of recorded materials, including audio processing and restoration, meeting the broadcaster's quality standards; * Collaborate in preventive and corrective maintenance of recording and transmission equipment, ensuring they remain in proper working condition; * Report technical failures to responsible personnel for prompt resolution and to prevent operational interruptions; * Perform editing, processing, and post-production of recorded audio, applying technical adjustments such as sound restoration, equalization, and level normalization as needed; * Ensure materials meet requirements for clarity, quality, and compliance with company technical standards; * Monitor audio and video quality throughout the entire recording process, making adjustments whenever necessary to ensure technical excellence; * Work closely with other production professionals to ensure the final product aligns with programming expectations and requirements. **SKILLS AND ATTITUDES:** * Results-oriented; * Good interpersonal skills; * Proactivity; * Attention to detail; * Agility; * Organization. **REQUIREMENTS:** High school diploma completed.
