Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, internal audits, and team and resource management to ensure service efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Team and resource management, ensuring service efficiency Responsible for supervising and executing preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration systems, elevators (in coordination with third-party providers), and the client's civil and electrical infrastructure; . Conducting internal audits to ensure technical and administrative quality and safety; . Responding to service requests (work orders), managing technical schedules, and preparing performance reports; . Managing inventory, tools, and fleet control to ensure efficiency of services delivered to the client; . Managing a team of over 30 employees; Prerequisites . Experience in managing maintenance teams for building, electrical, and refrigeration systems; . Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; . Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields Compensation: R$5\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
