




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and executing building maintenance, inventory management, fleet management, and team leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance 2. Management of building, electrical, and refrigeration maintenance teams 3. Conducting internal audits for quality and safety Responsible for supervising and executing preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration systems, elevators (in coordination with third-party providers), and the client's civil and electrical infrastructure; . Conducting internal audits to ensure technical and administrative quality and safety; . Responding to service requests (work orders), managing technical schedules, and preparing performance reports; . Managing inventory, tools, and fleet control to ensure efficiency of services delivered to the client; . Leading a team of over 30 employees; Prerequisites . Experience in managing building, electrical, and refrigeration maintenance teams; . Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; . Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields Compensation: R$5\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
