We currently have an opening for **Sales Consultant**. Our Recruitment and Selection team is dedicated to providing the best possible experience. Responsibilities and Duties: Strategically drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention by delivering consultative, human-centered service aligned with Mr. Move’s culture—turning interest into enrollment and relationships into loyalty. Provide in-person, WhatsApp, phone, and social media support; Present membership plans (Basic, Plus, Prime, etc.) with emphasis on value and benefits; Conduct consultative sales by understanding each customer’s goals; Convert trial classes, walk-in visitors, Gympass users, and digital leads; Proactively follow up with visitors, former students, and at-risk students; Execute renewals, upgrades, and reactivations; Update and maintain the gym’s CRM system; Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets; Support promotional campaigns and internal sales initiatives; Collaborate closely with reception, instructors, and management; Ensure excellence in the customer experience—from first contact through enrollment.
