Keep students motivated and monitor their progress **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Conduct physical and functional assessments of students using appropriate tools to determine physical fitness; Instruct students on the correct execution of exercises, teaching proper techniques for each movement to prevent injuries and optimize results; Keep students motivated during training sessions, monitor their progress, provide positive feedback, and adjust training programs as needed; Maintain organization and cleanliness of the strength training area, ensure equipment is in good condition, and provide a pleasant environment for students. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's or full teaching degree in Physical Education; Valid registration with the Regional Council of Physical Education (CREF); Basic computer skills (WORD, EXCEL) preferred; Stretching techniques; Familiarity with relevant equipment; Training program design.
