Important job details: * Work location: Ipatinga/MG branch * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM * Work modality: On-site * Contract type: Permanent Responsibilities: * Ensure company compliance with occupational safety laws by monitoring work areas/teams, evaluating employee behaviors and risk agents, and guiding employees toward appropriate practices; * Prepare, organize, and conduct training sessions, as well as lead Daily Safety Talks (DDS), Brigade Meetings, and other related meetings as needed; * Evaluate safety documentation of suppliers accessing company premises, verifying its adequacy to environmental operating conditions to prevent governmental penalties and ensure employee safety; * Monitor and investigate all occupational incidents/accidents, visiting the site, verifying conditions, analyzing accidents collectively, preparing reports, and recommending appropriate preventive and control measures; * Carry out activities required to comply with occupational safety legislation according to plan, supporting CIPA processes, PAE simulation exercises, mandatory training, and other related activities, as well as inspecting safety and fire-fighting equipment to ensure their proper condition and functionality; * Support the measurement survey of physical, chemical, biological, mechanical, and ergonomic agents across facilities by visiting operational areas, ensuring regulatory compliance and employee safety; * Assist management in handling critical unit processes, supporting the development of training maps, risk management, operational procedures, and others, focusing on health and safety aspects.
