Join us too! **Opportunity:** Logistics Supervisor **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and manage fleet performance in road freight transportation, ensuring operational efficiency and meeting customer requirements; * Monitor loading and unloading operations at facilities and customer sites involved in the operation; * Track equipment and vehicle dwell times, movements, and primary reasons for stoppages; * Maintain communication interfaces among Operations, Scheduling, Drivers, Customers, and other departments involved in the logistics process; * Coordinate deliveries according to conditions stipulated in contracts and commercial agreements; * Conduct identification, analysis, and management of operational and fleet performance indicators; * Prepare and present periodic reports, tracking action plans and indicator progress. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Valid Driver's License: Class A, B Personal Vehicle
