Fleet and Maintenance Assistant

Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for fleet management and maintenance, fuel control, expense tracking, tire management, and report generation, using systems and supporting team communication. Key Highlights: 1. Complete fleet management and maintenance 2. Fuel and expense tracking and recording 3. Fleet performance report generation . Open, close, and update the "Service Order" during preventive and corrective fleet maintenance in the Sofit system; . Issue daily fleet fuel authorization in the Sienge system; . Record daily fuel receipt entries in both Sofit and Sienge systems; . Monitor fleet fuel consumption; . Report fleet fuel consumption deviations to the immediate supervisor; . Enter weekly fuel invoices for payment in both Sofit and Sienge systems; . Record daily fleet expenses in both Sofit and Sienge systems; . Input tire management data weekly into the Sofit system; . Archive physical and system-based fleet maintenance forms; . Register fleet vehicle purchase or service contracting requests in the Sienge system; . Track fleet consumable purchase and service contracting requests in the Sienge system; . Request registration of new, leased, or inter-unit transferred vehicles or machinery in both Sofit and Sienge systems; . Generate fleet performance reports in Sofit and Sienge systems as needed; . Support communication among mechanics, washers, tire technicians, and drivers; . Comply with fleet maintenance and management procedures.
