We are seeking a **Warehouse Assistant**. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and store materials in the warehouse * Monitor incoming, outgoing, and stock level movements * Conduct periodic inventories · Pick and distribute materials according to demand * Support yard operations (truck entry/exit, checklists, refueling) * Execute procurement processes (quotations, negotiations, purchase order issuance) * Ensure quality, deadlines, and compliance with internal policies * Monitor material replenishment and distribution, ensuring timeliness and operational support * Track inventory KPIs (min/max levels, turnover rate, stockouts) * Support procurement planning based on demand, seasonality, and consumption history * Prepare reports and analyses on consumption, logistics costs, and replenishment needs * Guarantee inventory data accuracy in the system * Support the team and other departments as needed.
