Leading recruitment, selection, training, and talent management processes **Position: Human Resources Analyst (HR)** ? **Salary:** R$ 3.500,00 We are looking for a **Human Resources Analyst** to act strategically and operationally, contributing to people development, organizational culture strengthening, and continuous improvement of HR processes. **Organization, Policies, and Conduct** * Organize the workplace according to quality, safety, and environmental prevention technical standards and procedures; * Define roles and respective competencies; * Create, implement, and manage the company’s code of ethics. **Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding** * Lead recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interviews; * Conduct selection and onboarding processes for apprentices; * Support and monitor onboarding processes for new employees. **Training and Development** * Deliver introductory (onboarding) training for new employees; * Plan specific training programs according to team and organizational needs; * Manage external training, monitoring providers, content, and quality; * Evaluate training effectiveness and propose continuous improvements; * Assess employee competencies and identify development needs. **People and Career Management** * Define salary parameters by role and level, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness; * Monitor and align internal movements and role changes to maximize talent utilization; * Develop initiatives focused on benefits, employee engagement, and retention. **Organizational Climate and Employee Offboarding** * Conduct organizational climate surveys, propose action plans, and monitor results; * Conduct exit interviews, analyze causes, and suggest actions to reduce turnover. **Other Responsibilities** * Perform other duties inherent to the position.
