Job Summary: Responsible for controlling and generating maintenance indicator metrics to enhance processes and support management decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous improvement of maintenance processes Responsible for controlling and generating maintenance indicator metrics to contribute to process improvement and management decision-making, aiming for optimal results in the area. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Closing executed service orders (preventive, inspection, and corrective); * Monitoring of services performed \*Monitoring the service life of key equipment; * Generating maintenance reports; * Keeping the equipment register updated in the system; * Convening workgroups to create or update Work Plans (PT); * Updating control items; * Updating equipment history; * Analyzing discrepancies between scheduled and executed services. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: * Technical education in Industrial Maintenance or related fields; * Experience in the role; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. We hold projects at various stages of the mining lifecycle — from greenfield development to full-scale operations — and employ over 2,100 professionals nationwide, all committed to our purpose. Currently, we operate three iron ore mines in Minas Gerais: Baratinha and Mongais Mines, part of the Baratinha Complex, and Pedra Branca Mine. Our first iron ore operation, Baratinha Mine in the Vale do Aço region, began operations in 2014 and features a wet beneficiation plant with an annual capacity of 2.5 million tons. In 2024, the Mongais Project commenced operations, with a dry processing capacity of 1.5 million tons per year, increasing the total capacity of the Baratinha Complex to 4.0 million tons per year. In João Monlevade and Itabira (MG), the Pedra Branca Project started operations in the third quarter of 2025\. The project holds 130 million tons of resources, including 33 million tons of high-grade ore, and is expected to reach full-capacity production of 2.0 million tons per year using dry processing only. Additionally, Bemisa operates a pilot-scale gold project in Água Azul do Norte, Pará State, near the Carajás polymetallic district. Developed since the greenfield stage, this project does not use tailings dams for waste disposal and employs predominantly local workers.
