Support for automation and digital transformation initiatives Grupo Central is looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented professional to work in the Procurement area, directly contributing to operational efficiency, cost reduction, and supply chain strengthening. We seek someone with a systemic vision, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to act strategically in supplier management, procurement, and continuous process improvement. #### **Main Responsibilities and Duties:** * Ensure proper storage of products and materials; * Guarantee efficiency in procurement, warehousing, and material handling processes; * Participate in defining, structuring, and improving procurement processes; * Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms; * Develop and qualify strategic suppliers; * Conduct ongoing analysis of production processes and the supply chain; * Identify opportunities for improvement in inbound and outbound logistics flows; * Monitor strategic departmental KPIs; * Contribute to cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement initiatives; * Support automation and digital transformation projects within the Procurement area. #### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in strategic procurement and supplier management; * Knowledge of strategic sourcing and category management; * Experience in advanced negotiation; * Knowledge of demand and supply planning; * Experience with ERP/MRP systems; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of Power BI and data analysis; * Knowledge of cost modeling (TCO). #### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in procurement process automation; * Knowledge of AI applications in Procurement; * Experience in industrial or pharmaceutical environments. **Work Location:** * Centro, Ipatinga.
