You will work alongside the Clinical Safety Unit, supporting activities related to hospital quality, audits, indicators, and monitoring of processes that directly contribute to patient safety and excellence in care delivery. **Main responsibilities** * Support audits conducted by the Patient Safety Unit; * Assist in monitoring adverse events and non-conformities; * Support the preparation of presentations, meeting minutes, and follow-up materials; * Perform data tabulation and organization from audit findings; * Assist in monitoring and managing clinical indicators; * Support the analyst responsible for the Clinical Safety Unit; * Participate in initiatives related to continuous improvement of clinical processes. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Nursing undergraduate program (from the 4th semester onward) * Knowledge of Semiology content; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Availability for in-person work during the afternoon shift. Preferred qualifications * Experience or interest in Hospital Quality; * Knowledge of Patient Safety; * Academic or internship experience in a hospital setting.
