Opportunities for continuous improvement and technological innovation ### **About the Opportunity** We are looking for an analytical, innovative, and technology-oriented professional to develop and evolve digital solutions that support company processes. This person will be responsible for developing systems, integrating platforms, structuring data, creating dashboards, and participating in automation and Artificial Intelligence projects, contributing to the company's digital transformation. We are a logistics services provider. **The position level (Junior, Mid-level, or Senior) will be determined based on the candidate's experience and fit.** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Develop, evolve, and maintain internal systems and the company website, ensuring performance, security, and a positive user experience. * Collect, process, and structure corporate data to generate strategic insights. * Develop dashboards, management reports, and performance indicators (KPIs). * Develop and implement automation solutions to optimize internal processes. * Participate in business-oriented Artificial Intelligence projects, including integration with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs and prompt engineering. * Integrate systems and platforms via APIs to enhance efficiency and connectivity among the company's solutions. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and technological innovation. * Document solutions, conduct testing, and provide support for developed applications. ### **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. * Knowledge of programming logic and system development. * Experience with databases and SQL queries. * Familiarity with API development and consumption. * Experience with Business Intelligence tools and dashboard creation. * Analytical, proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in Artificial Intelligence and process automation projects. * Knowledge of system integration. * Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI. * Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). * Basic understanding of code versioning (Git). Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
