Here, we value and encourage individuality in a healthy, collaborative work environment. **All our positions are inclusive and open to professionals with disabilities (PCDs).** Would you like to join us? **Come be Orguel!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **As Unit Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:** Coordinating and supervising preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for aerial work platforms; * Ensuring physical equipment availability by monitoring and acting upon indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, maintenance cost, and fault recurrence; * Leading and developing the technical team, promoting training, routine organization, and performance improvement; * Structuring, standardizing, and optimizing maintenance processes to ensure operational efficiency and service quality; * Conducting failure analysis and diagnosing issues in electro-hydraulic and electronic systems; * Managing resources, prioritizing critical demands, and supporting data- and indicator-based decision-making; * Maintaining interfaces with administrative and commercial departments to ensure alignment and operational support; Working Hours: Monday to Friday — 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum requirements for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in equipment maintenance, preferably aerial work platforms; * Advanced knowledge of electro-hydraulic systems and embedded electronics; * Experience managing technical teams; * Familiarity with maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, costs); * Analytical mindset and results orientation. **Preferred qualifications include:** * Experience with fleets of lifting platforms (scissor, articulating, and telescopic); * Knowledge of telematics systems and asset management; * Experience with maintenance planning and control (MPC); * Experience developing indicators and managerial dashboards; * Experience operating in high-demand environments. **Additional Information** **By joining our team, Orguel offers the following benefits!** **Transportation**: Transportation Allowance for your commute. **Meals**: Meal Allowance or Food Voucher — choose what best suits your daily needs. **Medical and Dental Assistance**: For you and your dependents.
