Your next challenge could be right here! ✨ **Key Responsibilities** * Support administrative routines within the Quality department; * Assist in controlling and organizing documents of the Integrated Management System (IMS); * Support monitoring of performance indicators; * Assist in preparing and updating control reports and spreadsheets; * Support activities related to process improvement and information organization within the department; * Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures. **Education Requirements** Currently enrolled in Engineering, Business Administration, or a Technology program in Quality Management. Requirements: * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel and Word); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and eagerness to learn; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Desired Knowledge** * Advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of or interest in Quality tools; * Familiarity with or interest in performance indicators (KPIs); * Analytical ability and logical reasoning; * Interest in management systems and continuous improvement.
