We are seeking a committed Student Supervisor who prioritizes care, safety, and positive coexistence in the school environment, acting responsibly, attentively, and ethically in daily supervision of our students. Monitor student movement throughout school areas (entrance, exit, breaks, and hallways); Support the pedagogical team in maintaining discipline and adherence to internal regulations; Ensure safety, order, and positive coexistence in the school environment; Record incidents and report relevant situations to coordination; Collaborate with the administrative team on operational routines and environmental organization; Use digital tools for recording and communicating information. ### **Prerequisites** Completed high school education; Prior experience in a school environment or in surveillance/monitoring roles; Courses in conflict mediation, first aid, or customer service will be considered as advantages; Residing in the North Zone is an advantage; Familiarity with digital tools; Knowledge of safety standards, discipline, and basic first aid ### **Benefits** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Benefits club (discounts on universities, postgraduate programs, and language courses); Discounts for children at any school within the Raiz Educação Group (as per internal policy).
