Job Summary: Coordinate teachers, training them in the Wizard by Pearson methodology, planning pedagogical and administrative activities to ensure team success. Key Highlights: 1. Engagement with the Wizard by Pearson methodology Coordinate school teachers, supporting them in learning, developing, and refining their teaching skills according to the Wizard by Pearson methodology effectively. Also assist with administrative tasks to ensure the entire team’s success. Hire and train teachers in the Wizard by Pearson methodology; Plan group/class formation, coordinating schedules, teachers (based on profile and training level), and available classrooms; Plan and deliver the WTDC (Wizard Teaching Development Course) based on classroom observations; Plan extracurricular activities involving culture and experiential learning; Plan pedagogical initiatives based on Satisfaction Survey results; Organize the annual academic calendar and the Pedagogical schedule (including extra classes, extracurricular activities, events, WizKids Day, etc.); Meet with school leadership at the beginning of each cycle to plan the upcoming re-enrollment campaign, using the Student Success Manual (available for download on the Franchisee Portal); Deliver demonstration classes and train the team to do so; Conduct Zero Classes and placement tests using the standard materials available for download on the Franchisee Portal; Implement the network’s standardized administrative and pedagogical forms at the school and train team members on their correct use; Attend to students and parents or guardians, and record follow-up in the approved system; Participate in franchisor training programs at the Corporate University, completing the Pedagogical Coordinator Learning Path and any additional courses aligned with this role, as well as trainings conducted by the school’s Pedagogical Coordination. Submit the RGM and its analysis to the franchisor by the 10th of each month; Be prepared to substitute for teachers whenever necessary; Monitor attendance, scheduling makeup classes as well as support classes for students with specific needs; Conduct dropout interviews; Observe classes monthly and provide feedback based on observations, following guidelines in the brand’s Pedagogical Operations Manual; Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Language: * English speaking (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
