Support for Industry 4.0 initiatives Your tasks This professional will have the opportunity to intern at an industrial German multinational and develop competencies in the following responsibilities: * End-user technical support (Level 1 – N1\); * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and computers; * Software and application updates, and vulnerability remediation; * Support for IT projects and Industry 4\.0 initiatives; * Support in documenting IT processes and controls. Your profile You must: Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. You stand out if you have: * Basic knowledge of computer networks, * Microsoft Office suite, * Basic Power BI skills, * Computer maintenance experience, * Intermediate English proficiency.
