Present in five Brazilian states and operating since 1969, FSFX has over 6\,000 employees. It manages three hospital units in Ipatinga and Itabira (MG). Its management is characterized by responsibility, provision of excellence-level care, and implementation of best practices in safety; over 70% of its services are provided to patients covered by Brazil's Unified Health System (SUS). ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform collection and re-collection of biological materials, ensuring appropriate technique and patient safety; * Execute internal transportation of samples according to established protocols; * Dispense medications and oral solutions for examinations, following prescriptions and technical guidelines; * Perform and analyze biological material collections, remote laboratory tests, and operation of *Point of Care* equipment; * Conduct triage, identification, and verification of biological samples; * Review pending reports and address inconsistencies; * Restock materials and supplies, ensuring sector organization and inventory availability; * Strictly comply with technical standards, biosafety regulations, and internal procedures. ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed Technical Nursing course; * Active registration with COREN; * Prior experience in clinical or laboratory settings will be considered an advantage; * Knowledge of biological material collection routines; * Familiarity with remote laboratory tests and *Point of Care* equipment. ### **Behavioral Profile** * High concentration ability and attention to detail; * Manual dexterity and precision in performing procedures; * Technical competence and responsibility in practice; * Organization and discipline in protocol adherence; * Ability to work toward goals and meet deadlines; * Teamwork and collaborative attitude; * Adaptability to change and continuous improvement; * Commitment to the institution’s mission; * Systemic perspective and results-oriented focus; * Ethical conduct and exemplary professional demeanor. ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Birthday day off * Health insurance * Dental insurance Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
