Job Summary: Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of drilling equipment, contributing to continuous process improvement and providing technical and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of drilling equipment 2. Monitoring and analysis of drilling performance data 3. Technical and administrative support and participation in special projects **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing drilling equipment using appropriate tools; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on drilling equipment through inspection and replacement of worn components; * Monitor drilling equipment operation by collecting and analyzing performance data; * Document drilling activities by creating detailed reports; * Provide technical support to users by resolving drilling-related issues; * Participate in drilling training using communication tools; * Contribute to continuous improvement of drilling processes by identifying optimization opportunities; * Stay updated on drilling trends by attending courses and seminars; * Comply with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards through training and updates; * Provide administrative support by managing documents and reports; * Participate in special projects by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Driver's license: Class B. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
