Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Drawing, or related fields; completed or equivalent;
* Practical knowledge of 2D/3D CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor or similar) with at least 6 months of professional usage;
* Ability to interpret blueprints and sketches, and read technical drawings;
* Skills in interference analysis and basic knowledge of clash detection tools;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams.
Desirable:
* Prior experience in industrial automation projects, including knowledge of PLCs and control systems;
* Familiarity with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) — advantageous for global client projects;
* Proficiency in finite element analysis software (ANSYS, Abaqus) — a plus for vibration and fatigue studies;
* Ability to work in multicultural teams and experience in multidisciplinary environments;
* Proactivity and quality focus — initiative to propose improvements in drawing processes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Produce complete technical drawings compliant with specified standards and deadlines.
* Reduce rework by identifying and correcting interferences before production.
* Improve drawing efficiency by proposing CAD process optimizations.
* Contribute to project documentation — maintain updated and accessible files.
* Participate in review meetings to ensure team alignment.
