MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Client service (architects, engineers, and partners) Administrative task coordination for the department Customer relationship and post-sales support Support for commercial activities and negotiations REQUIREMENTS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in client interaction and negotiations Firm demeanor, proactivity, and organizational skills Professional personal appearance Proficiency in administrative routines Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, e-mail, spreadsheets) Driver's License Category B Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Company-provided meals + Transportation Allowance Minimum Education: High School Diploma
