Job Summary: Support Health is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join our Customer Success team, customizing system implementation and guiding customers through their journey. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct system implementation analysis, customization, and monitoring. 2. Deliver online training sessions and create documentation for clients. 3. Foster relationships and engagement by suggesting complementary services. Support Health, a company of the TGPM Group, is looking for an Implementation Analyst to join our Customer Success team! ? **What we expect from you:** * Experience in customer service and online training; * Excellent communication skills and empathy; * Strong organizational skills to independently manage a client portfolio; * Proficiency with technology and management systems; * Proactivity in problem-solving and anticipating needs. ? **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform initial client analysis to customize system implementation; * Lead online training sessions (via Google Meet), using existing company materials and/or developing new content; * Guide customers throughout their journey, providing support and guidance during implementation; * Record progress in the CRM, updating status and challenges encountered; * Create and update documentation (manuals, guides, tutorials); * Conduct periodic follow-ups to foster relationships and user engagement; * Suggest complementary services that enhance the customer experience. ? **Why join Support Health?** We are a purpose-driven healthtech: leveraging technology, efficiency, and human-centered care to organize integrative functional medicine across Brazil.
