We seek dynamic professionals who share our passion for results, agility, and innovation, with a strong commitment to delivery quality and organizational capability. **Main Responsibilities** As a Senior Financial Assistant, you will be responsible for contributing to the accuracy of financial routines and supporting the preparation of analyses for decision-making: * Treasury Operations: Execute and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and daily cash operations. * Cash Flow Management: Update and monitor the group’s consolidated cash flow, identify variances, and ensure data accuracy. * Planning Support: Assist in preparing short- and medium-term financial forecasts and budget monitoring. * Management Reporting: Consolidate data for financial reports, income statements (DRE), and operational analyses for management. * Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Populate and monitor key financial department indicators. * Processes and Governance: Collaborate on improving and standardizing internal financial processes to ensure compliance and efficiency. * Banking Interface: Provide operational support in banking relationships and submission of required documentation. * Cross-Departmental Integration: Routinely interact with Planning & Control, Accounting, and Legal teams to align information. **Requirements** * Completed (or nearing completion) undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Consistent prior experience in financial analysis and routine operations (experience in corporate groups or holding companies preferred). * Solid knowledge of corporate finance, cash flow management, income statements (DRE), and reconciliations. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and hands-on experience with ERP systems for financial management. * Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong time management and prioritization skills. * Good interpersonal communication, sense of responsibility, and focus on achieving goals. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in Healthcare, Technology, or Franchise sectors. * Practical knowledge or familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) for reporting. * Experience supporting banking operations and credit acquisition.
