The Legion of Good Will – LBV is hiring a **Social Educator**:
The **Social Educator** is responsible for promoting citizenship and social inclusion, as well as community development and integration of groups in situations of social vulnerability, through socioeducational, cultural, and recreational activities, aiming to strengthen individual skills and knowledge of fundamental rights and guarantees, thereby overcoming challenges and building autonomous life projects, in pursuit of a solidarity-based, altruistic, and ecumenical society.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Conduct socioeducational activities through dialogues, debates, talking circles, playful experiences, artistic–cultural activities, and leisure activities to strengthen bonds among users, their families, and unit professionals;
* Pursue continuous professional development to acquire general knowledge, thematic understanding, and competencies related to contemporary society and citizenship, with the aim of proposing service axes and objectives;
* Assist service beneficiaries in the cafeteria and foster autonomy through practical assistance and self-confidence skills;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Education: **Completed High School (Higher education in related fields preferred)**
* Experience in the Service for Coexistence and Bond Strengthening (SCFV) is desirable;
* Availability to work flexible hours;
**Additional Information**
* Workload: **200 hours/month**
* Working Hours: **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)**
