Job Summary: This position involves quotation tracking and execution, supplier communication, purchase order and deadline control, logistics monitoring, inventory management, and administrative support for the agricultural department. Key Highlights: 1. Quotation tracking and execution for agricultural inputs. 2. Inventory balance/stock management and verification, and support in transfers. 3. Integrated collaboration with the team to ensure speed and organization. Quotation tracking and execution for agricultural inputs. Supplier and distributor contact and follow-up. Purchase order, deadline, and commercial terms control. Logistics monitoring of deliveries, rescheduling, returns, and pending items. Inventory balance/stock management and verification, and support in transfers and reuse. Support in consolidating comparisons, rankings, and managerial reports. Administrative support for the department and updating internal controls. Integrated collaboration with the team to ensure speed, organization, and information quality. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, or related fields. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems. Preferred: experience with agrochemicals, fertilizers, seeds, and soil amendments, as well as commercial market understanding of the agricultural sector.
