Job Summary: Responsible for organizing shelves, restocking products, and maintaining an attractive layout across various departments to ensure an excellent shopping experience and product freshness. Providing customer service with courtesy, respect, and friendliness. #### **About the Role:** Organizing shelves, restocking products, and maintaining an attractive layout to deliver an outstanding shopping experience is the mission of our replenishment team. In the Fruits, Vegetables, and Greens department, freshness is the top priority to keep everything visually appealing. In the Deli department, products must be properly stored. In the General Merchandise department—which offers home goods, pet supplies, camping gear, and more—conceptual displays that invite customers to purchase are essential. In the Grocery department—which handles a wide variety of products—keeping everything well-organized facilitates shopping. If you enjoy keeping things orderly and wish to join this mission, we welcome your application! #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify stock shortages in sales areas and verify available inventory in the warehouse for restocking; * Verify that products scheduled for restocking meet appropriate conditions for display in sales areas; * Restock products on counters, islands, endcaps, and cross-merchandising displays, ensuring proper turnover and avoiding empty spaces; * Verify that display layouts comply with company-established standards; * Organize the store’s sales area, checking product expiration dates; * Arrange shopping carts, pallets, and platforms so they do not obstruct customer movement; * Remove checkout overstock, cardboard boxes, and plastic packaging, assigning each to its proper disposal channel; * Provide customer service with courtesy, respect, and friendliness, adhering to company service standards; * Follow all operational procedures required for the position; * Maintain focus and commitment to departmental tasks; * Comply with company policies and procedures. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Commitment to company culture and work responsibilities; * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation; * Ability to follow internal procedures and regulations; * Availability to perform physical tasks related to product restocking. #### **Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous):** * Prior experience as a stock clerk or in similar roles; * Familiarity with the Fruits, Vegetables, and Greens; Deli; General Merchandise; and Grocery departments; * Skill in designing conceptual and appealing displays; * Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and dynamic environment. #### **Benefits:** * Family Health Assistance Network * Telemedicine and Telepsychology * Dental Plan * Benefits Club * Pharmacy Discounts * Benefit Card * Recognition Programs * Life Insurance * Funeral Assistance * Pregnancy Monitoring * Nursing Room, Changing Room, and Rest Room * On-site Meals or Meal Voucher * Career Development Program * Partner Website Discounts #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off; * 7 hours 20 minutes per day.
