Understand the business needs holistically. Ensure client support in people development and training, performance improvement, and recognition programs. Uphold application of compensation-related policies and procedures. Contribute to building high-performance teams. **Activities and Responsibilities** * Align company strategy with organizational values and monitor performance from an HR management perspective, adapting to business evolution. * Support business management by enabling more accurate decision-making, accelerating productivity, and consequently improving the organization’s market positioning amid evolving demands. * Ensure synergy among various service-providing areas and teams supporting the business, verifying cooperation and focus on meeting established demands and planned outcomes. * Maintain close contact with area leadership as part of the organizational strategy, implementing strategies to achieve business objectives and ensuring partnership with financial and non-financial support areas, BBS, Commercial, and other related functions. * Coordinate the development and implementation of human resources demands within the company and assigned business areas, via management of the allocated HRBP team. * Partner with business leaders and leverage COE expertise support (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, etc.) to support business goals and initiatives, advising on solutions, policies, procedures, and continuous improvement; reviewing needs and providing feedback on policies defined by these areas—contributing to strategy development and implementation, sustainability, and profitable growth. * Support achievement of each business’s objectives by establishing, implementing, and monitoring the company’s people strategy—aligned with pre-established policies, current legislation, regulatory requirements, and available resources—prioritizing and proposing solutions to ensure process fluidity, implementation, and maintenance. * Holistically understand business needs to implement and drive people management actions and solutions according to client demands, providing feedback, renegotiating, and adjusting activities and priorities in synergy with HR areas—including transactional demands. * Implement human resources activities per the defined strategy, interacting with business management and leadership—proactively acting as a facilitator, informing, discussing, and guiding managers and employees (and their teams) on alternatives and solutions. * Ensure client support in people development and training, performance improvement, and recognition programs aligned with policies and projects originating from expert areas. * Contribute to sustainable learning processes in synergy with expert areas (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, etc.), including recruitment, identification and succession planning for critical positions, diversity and inclusion, risk assessment, and coordination of mitigation actions—seeking to build an organizational talent database. * Uphold application of compensation-related policies and procedures, monitoring and controlling competitiveness positioning and compensation elements based on business needs and aligned with centralized strategy and policy—as well as personnel costs for the business—reporting and taking corrective measures when necessary. * Contribute to building high-performance teams by supporting and monitoring professional and executive performance, engaging with leadership, and collaborating with other expert areas to develop opportunities for continuous talent identification and development—as well as diagnosing needs regarding culture, organizational climate, and change management—facilitating and implementing defined actions. * Ensure support, leadership, and oversight of HR teams across company units—including employee onboarding, payroll, benefits, and support in other corporate processes such as talent acquisition and management, compensation, etc. * Ensure team motivation and appropriate qualification and performance levels—contributing to engagement—and identify development needs, designing and implementing professional training programs. **Key Relationships, Stakeholders \& Interfaces** Company businesses; Corporate HR departments; BBS; Finance; Legal; Controller. **Knowledge and Technical Competencies** * Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources * Specific Courses/Knowledge, list: HR Programs; HR Policies and Procedures; Labor Legislation; HR Metrics and Indicators; Development and Training; Talent Acquisition; HR Operations.
