Job Summary: Plan, schedule, and control maintenance activities to ensure asset availability, resource optimization, and operational reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Failure analysis and proposal of improvements in maintenance engineering Plan, schedule, and control maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, and corrective) to ensure asset availability, resource optimization, and operational reliability, with emphasis on safety, cost, and productivity. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain the master maintenance plan (preventive and predictive). * Schedule work orders (WOs) based on criticality, available resources, and operational priorities. * Monitor maintenance backlog and performance indicators (KPIs). * Manage and update the maintenance management system (SGMAN). * Ensure proper creation, execution, and closure of work orders. * Supervise activity execution alongside field teams. * Control materials and spare parts required for maintenance execution. * Coordinate with warehouse and procurement to ensure availability of critical items. * Analyze recurring failures and propose improvements (maintenance engineering). * Support development of reliability-based maintenance plans (RCM). * Develop and monitor key indicators such as: * MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) * MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) * Asset availability * Maintenance plan compliance * Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures.
