Prevent product damage, theft, and accidents We are looking for a Store Security Officer to join our super team at Lojas Renner! The Store Security Officer is responsible for ensuring store security and safeguarding the company's assets, thereby contributing to an enchanting customer experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Greet customers, especially upon entering the store, always with a smile; * Operate the closed-circuit television (CCTV) system; * Conduct checklists to identify and resolve irregularities involving fire-fighting equipment and loss prevention equipment, thus ensuring the safety of customers, visitors, and colleagues; * Ensure security procedures for colleague and third-party team entry and exit; * Report all cases of discrimination, prejudice, harassment, and physical or verbal aggression witnessed or reported; * Foster a positive work environment by promoting harmonious and respectful relationships with all colleagues and customers; * Prevent product damage and theft through preventive measures established in internal policies and manuals; * Prevent accidents and incidents within the store environment through measures established in internal policies and manuals; * Provide necessary assistance in case of accidents. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Affinity with the retail store environment; * Alignment with the described responsibilities and focus on maintaining overall well-being in environments and among people; * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and assertively; * Receptive and empathetic personal presentation; * Proficiency with digital tools. **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility for your position.
