Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Receptionist to provide customer service, manage suites, release keys, handle kitchen orders, process check-outs, perform billing and cash handling, manage inventory, and receive goods. Suite cleaning control, key release, and kitchen orders. Check-out processing, billing, and cash handling operations. Inventory control and goods receipt. \*Requirements:\* Experience in customer service or reception (preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with management systems (a plus). Financial control and cash handling skills (preferred). Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). Commitment to punctuality and service quality. \*We Offer:\* \*Base Salary:\* R$ 1\.763,23 (increasing to R$ 2\.000,00 after 3 months\) \+ 10% cash handling allowance \*Meal Voucher (after three months):\* R$ 300,00 (R$ 12.00 per day) \*Fuel Allowance:\* 6x1 R$ 250,00 \| 12x36 R$ 150,00 or Bike Allowance: R$ 100,00 \*Work Schedule:\* 6x1 (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; schedule to be coordinated with the manager. * Loyalty and Bonus Program: Tenure-based loyalty bonus: 25% of salary in July during the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% starting from the fourth year.
