Responsibilities * Manage and supervise the execution of civil construction projects * Ensure compliance with project deadlines, costs, and quality * Supervise work teams and ensure safety at construction sites * Conduct control and management of material and human resources * Interact with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders involved in the projects * Prepare monitoring reports and performance analysis of construction projects Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering * Prior experience as a Construction Coordinator * Knowledge of project and construction management * Leadership ability and teamwork skills * Familiarity with safety and quality standards * Willingness to travel and work on construction sites
