At Brocks, each week of delay incurs a cost. The person ensuring that planning becomes actual execution holds one of the most strategic positions in operations.
We are a construction technology company focused on the residential segment, with active developments in Tubarão and rapid expansion underway — including projects using In-Situ Cast Concrete Wall systems (NBR 16055\). We seek a PCP Engineer who wants to go beyond the paper schedule and transform construction data into management decisions.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the weekly short-term planning cycle with field teams (Last Planner System or equivalent)
Develop and maintain the 3–6-week lookahead, identifying and removing constraints before they cause delays
Measure and record PPC (Percent of Plans Completed) and analyze root causes of non-compliance
Monitor daily physical progress and compare it against the baseline schedule, issuing deviation alerts
Assess team productivity per work front and populate the internal database
Update the physical-financial schedule of developments, incorporating scope changes and interferences
Calculate and report performance indicators (SPI, CPI, schedule variance, cost variance) in management reports
Lead production analysis meetings with engineering and field teams
What We Expect From You
**Essential:**
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering \+ Active CREA registration
Minimum 2 years’ experience in production control or planning of vertical residential construction projects
Familiarity with formwork systems and In-Situ Cast Concrete Wall methodology (NBR 16055\)
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent
Knowledge of Last Planner System, Line of Balance, or PERT/CPM
Advanced Excel skills for indicator tracking
**Preferred (not mandatory):**
Familiarity with PBQP\-H, ISO 9001, and NBR standards applicable to residential construction
Experience with SPI/CPI indicators and construction management reporting
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
**Familiarity with construction management systems:** Sienge, Agilean, or QuisQuality
