Job Summary: The Maintenance Planning and Control Analyst (PCM) is responsible for structuring, scheduling, and controlling industrial maintenance activities to ensure asset availability and reliability, and to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Optimizes processes to reduce costs and ensure asset availability. 2. Manages and analyzes critical maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, Backlog). 3. Develops and implements preventive and predictive maintenance plans. The Maintenance Planning and Control Analyst (PCM) is responsible for structuring, scheduling, and controlling industrial maintenance activities to ensure asset availability and reliability. He/she develops preventive/predictive plans, manages spare parts, analyzes indicators (MTBF, MTTR, Backlog), and optimizes processes to reduce costs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Production) or Technical courses in the industrial field; * Maintenance Management (TPM/RCM); * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis, dashboard creation, and operation. * Prior experience in this role. **Responsibilities:** * **Planning:** Create and manage preventive and predictive maintenance plans. * **Scheduling:** Develop weekly/monthly intervention schedules, allocating technicians and tools. * **Work Orders (WO):** Issue, manage, and close work orders in the system (ERP). * **Indicator Analysis:** Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair). * **Maintenance History:** Record and analyze failure history to prevent unplanned downtime.
