Job Summary: Technical professional responsible for the collection, sorting, and analysis of biological materials, delivering services with human-centered care while safeguarding information security. Participation in analytical process stages and quality control Description: Minimum Qualification: Technical course in Laboratory, Clinical Analysis and/or Clinical Pathology, or a biological specimen collection course. * Provide human-centered service to customers; * Collect and sort specimens for laboratory testing; * Perform analytical process steps, internal quality control, inspections, and sample verification; * Centrifuge biological samples and operate laboratory equipment; * Package biological materials for transport; * Enter analysis and test results into the computerized system; * Restock supplies and keep the collection booth consistently organized; * Register/update customer information in the system; * Request test authorizations according to each health insurance plan; * Serve all internal and external customers courteously, respectfully, and efficiently; * Attend 100% of trainings scheduled by the organization; * Perform other duties relevant to the position; * Safeguard confidentiality and security of information, complying with information security and data protection policies and regulations. * Perform registration and customer service 2512250202491095005
