PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume positions within the validity period of the selection process, respecting their classification order. 1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Management/Behavioral) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Candidates declining the position due to work schedule requirements will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 22 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 2519\.88 **UNIT:** Tubarão/SC **SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction aligned with the institution’s defined educational pillars, and facilitates students’ learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. **PROOF:** Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Official declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in training, behavioral courses, and management-related activities. **PROOF:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications; otherwise, documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, clearly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology directly correlated to the requirements stated in this Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), explicitly specifying duties performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
