IT TECHNICAL ASSISTANT POSITION **Job Description:** We are looking for a proactive professional with a solution-oriented mindset to join our technical team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of the IT infrastructure, providing user support, and assisting with the maintenance of workstations, servers, and networks. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Technical Support (Help Desk):** In-person and remote user support to resolve hardware and software issues. * **Hardware Maintenance:** Assembly, preventive, and corrective maintenance of desktops, notebooks, and peripherals. * **CCTV Maintenance:** Installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance of analog and IP security cameras. * **Computer Networks:** Installation and configuration of network devices (routers, switches, and access points), cable crimping, and connectivity monitoring. * **Operating Systems:** Installation, configuration, and updates of Windows and Linux environments. * **Servers and Backup:** Assistance in server monitoring routines and execution of backup procedures. **Required Qualifications:** * Technical knowledge in IT, Networking, or related fields. * Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). * Ability to diagnose and resolve problems under pressure. * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Attendance bonus. * Continuous learning environment and exposure to modern technologies.
