Guiding assistants in production and storage Produces various types of bread, pastries, and fillings for sale in the store, prioritizing quality and presentation. Activities 1\. Upon entering the work area, maintain proper personal appearance, wearing clean uniforms and appropriate PPE. 2\. Check the production schedule and follow it according to company instructions. 3\. Perform daily production strictly following recipes and technical sheets. 4\. Daily production of bread and other products according to supervisor's orders, respecting the department's product mix. 5\. Produce items while consistently focusing on quality, avoiding waste, losses, and breakage. 6\. Ensure product quality and standardization. 7\. Guide assistants in storing raw materials, ensuring correct and sanitary-compliant storage practices. 8\. Guide assistants in producing the product mix, ensuring quality and presentation. 9\. Load ovens for dough baking, adjust controls to set process time and temperature, and monitor the process until desired product quality is achieved. 10\. Prepare equipment by cleaning, removing residues, and adjusting process timing controls, mixer speeds, and laminating thickness. 11\. Use appropriate tools and equipment (knives, spatulas, dough mixers, rollers, molders, ovens, scales, and other resources) while performing tasks, maintaining organization and equipment in optimal condition. 12\. Maintain order and cleanliness of the workplace and tools by removing trash and residues, and sanitizing floors, surfaces, and used utensils. 13\. Request required quantities of raw materials (flour, yeast, chemical components, etc.) to meet departmental demands.
