The Tubarão plant specializes in manufacturing aluminum profiles for the construction industry and also houses an anodizing unit for surface finishing of aluminum profiles, as well as Hydro’s general tooling facility. You will be part of a future-oriented business by joining us on a transformative journey. ### **Your Responsibilities** * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance on machinery and installations, ensuring quality and safety. Conduct fault diagnostics, interpret electrical schematics, and replace components with increased autonomy. * Coordinate assembly, adaptation, and adjustment of electrical panels, control boards, and electrical systems, ensuring technical compliance. * Program and configure inverters, PLCs, and HMIs using software and measurement instruments, with capability for advanced adjustments. * Conduct periodic inspections of electrical equipment, proposing actions to ensure availability and productive performance. * Specify, identify, and validate required electrical parts and components for maintenance and procurement, ensuring technical compatibility. Conduct minor renovations, new installations, and improvements to industrial equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations. * ### **What Will Make You Successful** **Academic Qualifications:** Technical diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or Industrial Automation is required. ### **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in PLC fault diagnosis and interpretation is required; * Experience in electrical panel assembly is required; * Knowledge of three-phase motor electrical drive systems and frequency inverters is required; * Knowledge of valve sensor failure analysis is required; * NR10 and NR35 certifications are required; * Practical knowledge of NR12 installations is desirable; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Must reside in the region of Tubarão, Laguna, Capivari de Baixo, or Jaguaruna — SC.
