Experience in outpatient services **Salary:** R$1.875,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Job Description: **Position: Pharmacy Counter Assistant** We are hiring a **Pharmacy Counter Assistant** who is committed, punctual, and eager to grow alongside our team! We seek someone with strong communication skills, responsiveness in customer service, and willingness to perform outpatient services as well. **Work Schedule:** * **Monday to Saturday**, from **08:00 to 16:20**, with a **1-hour break** * On-call shift compensation: **R$ 180.00 per Sunday or holiday worked** **Compensation:** * **Base salary:** R$ 1.875,00 (category minimum wage) * **Hazard pay allowance:** R$ 300.00 * **Performance-based commissions**, with monthly earnings ranging from **R$ 800.00 to R$ 1.500,00 or more** **Benefits:** * Health insurance plan * Transportation allowance * Additional benefits as stipulated by legislation **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service at the pharmacy counter * Assisting in medication dispensing under the pharmacist’s supervision * Performing **outpatient services** (e.g., injectable administration, vital sign measurements, etc.) * Organizing and restocking products on shelves * Collaborating with the team to ensure pharmacy operations maintain quality and safety standards **Requirements:** * Prior experience in a pharmacy setting preferred * Basic knowledge of medications and public service * Availability for the proposed schedule and rotating on-call shifts * Commitment, responsibility, and ability to work well within a team **Work Location:** Rua Julieta Pinto Cesar, 314 - Centro de Viamão/RS Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Transportation allowance Employment Type: Full-time, Full-time CLT Payment: R$1.875,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
