Freight verification and auditing for invoice closing Responsible for supporting the company's administrative routines, including document organization and control, internal and external customer service, system data entry and verification, and providing day-to-day operational support, ensuring efficient administrative operations. * Providing logistical support in delivery tracking, verifying deadlines, scheduling, and incidents. * Real-time monitoring of delivery flow and issue resolution, such as delays or damages. * Contacting carriers to expedite goods dispatch. * Freight verification and auditing using the Electronic Transport Document (CT\-e), for invoice closing and organizing delivery proof documents. * Providing the sales team with information regarding orders, delivery status, and loading. * Teamwork, attention to detail, and focus on problem solving.
