We create fashion that connects with real life, empowers individuals, fosters belonging, and boosts self-esteem. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Research trends and visual languages; * Monitor and approve print development, color, and trims (when required); * Create and assemble collections (color palette, mood board, trims); * Product construction and collection development (technical specification sheet creation, raw material selection, supplier collaboration during development, and fit sample monitoring); * Follow up on and approve products with suppliers; * Participate in Style Department activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Fashion or related fields; * Experience in product development; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced or fluent English. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Porto Alegre \- RS** **Work Modality: Hybrid (4 days per week in the office)** **For internal employees, application deadline is February 1, 2026** \#LI\-LR1 \#LI\-hybrid What excites you?
