If you enjoy solving problems, provide excellent customer service, and seek a growth opportunity, this position is for you. **Job Responsibilities:** \- Perform diagnostics, assembly, and maintenance of computers and laptops. \- Install and configure software, operating systems, and peripherals. \- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, resolving inquiries and issues. \- Conduct consultative sales of peripherals, components, and services, identifying optimal solutions for customers' needs. \- Maintain organization of the lab and inventory of parts. **Requirements:** \* Completed high school education. \* Technical course in Information Technology, Computer Assembly and Maintenance, or related fields. \* Knowledge of hardware, software, and Windows operating systems. \* Strong communication skills and customer service ability. \* Eagerness to continuously learn; \* Must reside in Osório/RS. **We Offer:** \* Fixed salary (CLT): R$ 1800.00 \* Benefits card: R$ 200.00 \* Life insurance. \* Sales bonus for services and equipment. \* Ongoing training and development. \* Growth opportunities. **Working Hours:** (Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM \| 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Work Location: On-site
