Photography Assistant Ideal for those who enjoy dynamism and direct public interaction. More than just taking photos, the goal is to create an experience for the customer. **Aesthetic eye:** Understanding of framing, lighting, and composition **Assertive communication:** Naturally guiding customers (poses, expressions, etc.) **Agility:** Capturing high-quality moments, especially during peak activity periods **Empathy:** Understanding the customer and transforming service into a special memory 2\. Cashier Assistant (Sales and Process Focus) A more analytical profile, oriented toward organization, financial control, and closing sales. **Logical reasoning:** Proficiency in calculations, change handling, and value verification **Persuasive ability:** Naturally offering additional products (upselling) **Organization:** Maintaining orderly service flow and cashier area **Responsibility:** Attention to payments, documents, and invoices 3\. Editing Assistant A technical and detail-oriented profile, focused on the final quality of the product delivered to the customer. **Tool proficiency:** Experience with apps or software such as Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar **Sense of urgency:** Delivering high-quality edits within tight deadlines **Visual judgment:** Color correction, cropping, and filter application that enhance images **Concentration:** Attention to detail even in dynamic environments **Requirements:** **Strong communication skills:** Ability to express oneself clearly, maintain courtesy, and interact naturally with the public. **Commercial (sales) profile:** Willingness to offer products and close sales during service interactions. **Proactivity:** Taking initiative, supporting the team, and remaining engaged without constant supervision. **Agility and dynamism:** Ability to perform well in fast-paced, high-traffic environments. **Responsibility and commitment:** Punctuality, organization, and attention to daily tasks. **Learning agility:** Openness to developing new skills (photography, cashier, or editing). **Teamwork:** Ability to collaborate and maintain a positive atmosphere with other team members. **Advantages (not mandatory but valued):** Basic understanding of photography; Experience in sales or customer service; Knowledge of image/video editing; Numerical aptitude and cashier experience.
