Polite and satisfactory customer service **Job Description** * Monitor cashiers' operational activities and provide necessary support for performing billing routines. * Resolve various customer service and billing issues at cashiers, escalating decisions as required. * Review and approve/deny purchases requiring verification for customer release. * Collect funds from cashiers. * Deliver polite, courteous, and satisfactory customer service. **Working Hours** * Monday to Saturday: 12:00–14:00 and 16:00–21:40. Sundays by rotation. **Prerequisites** * Must be over 18 years of age. * Prior experience with cashiers and customer service. * High school diploma.
