




Job Summary: Lead, guide, and supervise the operational team, ensuring compliance, safety, and optimal resource utilization, acting as the liaison between the team and supervision. Support for training and integration of new employees DISTRIBUTE, ORIENT, AND SUPERVISE THE ACTIVITIES OF THE TEAM UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. * MONITOR SERVICE EXECUTION, ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH PROCEDURES, TECHNICAL STANDARDS, AND SAFETY REGULATIONS. * CONTROL EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE, PUNCTUALITY, AND PERFORMANCE, REPORTING INCIDENTS TO LEADERSHIP. * SUPPORT TRAINING AND INTEGRATION OF NEW EMPLOYEES. * IDENTIFY RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS (MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, AND LABOR) AND COMMUNICATE THEM TO MANAGEMENT. * RECORD AND REPORT RESULTS, DEVIATIONS, INCIDENTS, AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT. * ENSURE WORKPLACE ORGANIZATION AND CORRECT USE OF PPE. * ACT AS THE LIAISON BETWEEN THE OPERATIONAL TEAM AND SUPERVISION/COORDINATION. REQUIREMENTS: * COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION (TECHNICAL COURSE OR QUALIFICATION IN THE FIELD IS DESIRABLE). * PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS A TEAM LEADER OR IN A RELATED OPERATIONAL ROLE. * BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF SAFETY STANDARDS AND OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES; * PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN SANITATION.
