We are seeking a committed professional with leadership qualities, organizational skills, and the ability to manage teams to work as a Senior Property Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, guiding, and supervising gardening and painting teams, ensuring that activities are carried out according to plan, meeting the institution's established standards of quality, safety, and maintenance.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Supervise gardening and painting teams;
* Assign and monitor daily team activities;
* Ensure services are performed according to the institution's established quality standards;
* Responsible for basic roof maintenance of FIDENE buildings;
* Monitor compliance with work schedules and defined deadlines;
* Guide teams on best practices for activity execution;
* Monitor the upkeep of green areas, buildings, and other institutional spaces;
* Control and request materials, equipment, and tools necessary for service execution;
* Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
* Prepare reports and inform management about activity progress, needs, and process improvements;
* Promote a collaborative, organized, and productive work environment.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Technical course, vocational training, or qualification course in Gardening, Landscape Architecture, Green Area Maintenance, or related fields, or proven experience in the area;
* Proven experience in gardening, including pruning, planting, tree and shrub management, flower and lawn care, and green area maintenance;
* Experience with motorized brush cutters, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and other gardening equipment;
* Proven experience in coordination, supervision, or leadership of operational teams;
* Practical knowledge of building painting, including surface preparation, paint application, and finishing;
* Knowledge of using and instructing teams on gardening equipment such as brush cutters, leaf blowers, lawnmowers, chainsaws, pruners, and hand tools;
* Basic computer skills, especially Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Drive);
* Ability to plan, organize, and assign team tasks;
* Strong communication, leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills;
* Availability to work 38 hours per week, Monday through Friday, morning and afternoon shifts.

**Additional Information**
* **Position**: Assistant III
* **Workload**: 38 hours per week — **Morning and afternoon shifts**, Monday through Friday.
