We are looking for a committed, responsible, and dedicated Gardener to join our property maintenance team.
The professional will be responsible for the conservation, maintenance, and beautification of the institution’s green areas, contributing to a pleasant, safe, and welcoming environment. We seek someone who values teamwork, pays attention to detail, and is committed to service quality.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Mowing grass using a motorized brush cutter;
* Cleaning outdoor areas using a leaf blower;
* Cleaning and unclogging gutters;
* Performing gardening and landscaping services in the institution’s green areas;
* Planting, replanting, pruning, and transplanting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plant species;
* Preparing and fertilizing soil, applying fertilizers and soil amendments as needed;
* Irrigating green areas, observing each species’ water requirements;
* Controlling invasive plants and assisting in pest and disease management for plants;
* Keeping flowerbeds, gardens, and outdoor areas clean and organized;
* Operating and maintaining equipment and tools used in these activities;
* Supporting the maintenance team in activities related to the conservation of outdoor spaces, when necessary;
* Complying with safety regulations and correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Be at least 18 years old;
* Complete elementary education;
* Experience in gardening, landscaping, or green area maintenance;
* Basic knowledge of pruning, planting, and garden conservation;
* Ability to operate equipment such as brush cutters, lawnmowers, and leaf blowers;
* Availability to work 38 hours per week during **morning and afternoon shifts.**

* **Position**: Assistant I
* **Workload:** 38 hours per week \- **Morning and afternoon**, Monday through Friday.
* **Remuneration:** R$2\.233,00
