ZAMine Brasil operates in the supply of equipment, parts, and solutions for the mining sector, focusing on high performance, operational reliability, and specialized technical support. As part of a global group, the company is expanding in Brazil, structuring its operations to deliver operational excellence and generate value for its customers. At this stage of growth and consolidation, we are seeking a Product Support Consultant to provide specialized technical support, fault analysis, solution development, and project follow-up, contributing to continuous operational improvement and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities: * Identification and analysis of technical faults in machinery and equipment; * Preparation of technical reports and corrective action plans; * Technical interface with customers and specialized support to operations; * Development and follow-up of projects; * Monitoring of equipment performance indicators and metrics; * On-site technical support, inspections, diagnostics, and installations; * Development of technical procedures and training materials; * Implementation of improvements focused on quality, safety, and cost reduction; * Technical validation of suppliers and support in importation and inventory processes; * Technical delivery oversight of equipment and customer guidance. Requirements: * Knowledge of maintenance and fault diagnosis; * Experience in technical customer service and field operations; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and reports; * Experience in process control and monitoring; * Willingness to travel.
